Zsolya Communication
Zsolya Communication is a hyperlancer hub, i. e. a network of location-independent communication experts. Initially, it was a great tool of digital nomadism, providing individual communication consulting services, however, more and more people joined our team within a short time from Budapest through the Hungarian countryside to the other side of our planet.
We are of the view that the value of our work does not depend on where and under what conditions it is done, the only thing that matters is that our customers experience our cooperation as a success – and we even have fun doing it. Therefore, we are flexible to the extremes in terms of working hours, workplaces, and methods.
But when it comes to providing professional and high-quality services, compromise is out of the question. We want your business to thrive and your dreams to be pursued. This is our passion.

Orsolya Szabó
Founder, online communication expert
The history of Zsolya began with a huge external and internal journey. I am passionate about traveling (and writing about it), so much that after eight years of practicing law, I decided to put on a backpack and hit the world. During my one-year journey, I met many digital nomads and freelancers, which was very inspiring and made me feel that I also wanted to live and work this way.
Shortly after the birth of my son, I founded Zsolya Communication, where I deal with our clients’ strategic consulting, company courses, workshops and mentoring programs.
In 2020, I told more about Zsolya in a TEDxTalk, and as of 2021, I have been experiencing the joy of sharing my knowledge and learning from one another as a university lecturer.
Dániel Szabó
Graphic designer
I’ve always loved drawing, and painting, therefore, I had no doubts about becoming a graphic designer. Lately, I’ve been participating in design projects for multinational companies and various challenges for smaller firms as a freelancer. I support the Zsolya Communication team with visual design services.
Réka Szendi
Social media manager, online marketing expert
After completing my marketing degree, I worked for international agencies for seven years during which I had the chance to support clients from various industries and got to know every part of advertising.
I managed the filming of several TV commercials, organized a roadshow across Europe, an event for 5,000 people, was responsible for the entire national and cross-border communication of brands and introduced a brand to a new market. It was an exciting time both professionally and personally.
I have a restless desire to travel. The ocean, palm trees, sunshine and surfing are my everything. No matter how hard I tried, the 20 days of paid time off a year could not satisfy this, so I decided to continue as a freelancer so that I could work from whenever I wanted.
Currently, my laptop is my indispensable travel companion, and I write marketing strategies from my favorite places, plan and implement online communication campaigns and manage the online marketing presence of brands.
Bernadett Kovács
Copywriter, proofreader
From the moment I learned to read, it was almost a straight path towards the Hungarian teacher’s degree and then the liberal arts degree – with the former supplemented by a French degree.
My passion for reading and writing showed itself when I was in first grade and I am such a grammar and language enthusiast to this day.
For many years, I’ve been working for an online magazine as an editor and proofreader and I also have significant experience in writing blogs.
My most important goal is to show – through impeccable spelling – all the opportunities and adventures the Hungarian language holds.
My other passion is sustainability, so I would be pleased to assist you as a sustainability and environmental copywriter.
Zsolt Csapó
Campaign manager
After 8 years of startup management experience, I started freelancing.
Previously, I established several brands and companies, acquiring considerable knowledge and experience regarding online sales processes and a verity of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
I also worked for the Facebook Marketing Expert team, where I developed the online advertising system for more than 600 domestic and European advertisers.
I currently work as a freelancer online marketing consultant dealing with the topics of creating an online marketing strategy, communication and business development and social media advertising.
Aliz Hausmann

Within the scope of my work, I mainly focus on HR (mostly recruitment and selection processes), in addition to which I participate in online communication and social media management projects.
As a member of generation Y, using social media platforms is part of my everyday life. However, I have also experienced that to achieve really good results, conscious social media use and planning are a must.
Whether it’s a company or a personal brand, my goal is to assist you in finding your way to stand out from the crowd. With my professional experience, I would be pleased to figure out how your business would show itself and its achievements better within the online space.

As they say I didn’t choose social media, social media chose me. I used to work as an editorial assistant at a magazine, where my day-to-day work included office and project management, sales and creative work.
Six years ago social media management tasks were assigned to me, creating an opportunity to try something new. From the first moment, my most important goal was to create personal, attention-grabbing content that also conveys adequate information.
I joined the Zsolya team as a freelancer social media manager in 2021. The most important thing in our collaboration is that this team does not use templates to create a brand for its clients, but exploits their strengths and develops their weaknesses. This results in a confident, flexible and authentic brand and business.
